OA-RETREAT 12th STEP - "SPIRITUAL AWAKENING AS A RESULT OF THESE STEPS" OA Retreat arranged by Finland's First OA Intergroup, 28th - 30th August 2009, Kivisaari, Helsinki, Finland Welcome! The retreat is held at beautiful Kivisaari near Laajasalo, Helsinki. During the weekend is possible to join Back to Basics course (12 Steps according to the Big Book), OA-meetings, morning and evening meditations, swimming and sauna, pilates, games, singing etc. The only requirement is willingness to stop eating compulsively! The event is held in Finnish and possibly in English, regarding to partipicants and speakers. Costs of retreat is 84 euros which includes food, accomodation, boattrip back and forth to the island.
